Account details (name, email), payment proof you upload, your connected WhatsApp number and session data, message metadata (counts, timestamps, sender/recipient) used for usage analytics, and standard technical logs.
How we use it
To operate your account, route your WhatsApp messages, verify payments, provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Message content
Messages are relayed through your connected number. We process message content only as needed to deliver the service and any webhooks you configure.
Security
API keys are stored hashed. Access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
