By creating an account and using Paisha Africa ("Paisha", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Paisha provides programmatic access to send and receive WhatsApp messages through your own connected WhatsApp number. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with WhatsApp's and Meta's policies and all applicable laws.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use Paisha to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that put the platform at risk.
3. Payments
Plans are paid in advance. Offline payments are activated after verification. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. WhatsApp connectivity depends on third-party systems outside our control.
5. No affiliation
Paisha is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
